Cancellations & Refunds

Once a service has been subscribed for and paid, your service will be activated forthwith. In the even that the requested service cannot be activated, you will be provided with information relating to a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. The exact timeframe for refund will depend on your payment option and the bank or card you used. No refund nor cancellation will be entertained once the service you requested has been activated.
